When you find the property where you are going to sign a lease make sure to put Kay Cruz-Monarch Real Estate Group on your Guest Card (leasing Agent fills this out the FIRST TIME you visit) and on the Rental Application where you decide to lease.This is the ONLY way that you can receive your Rebate.

Once it has been confirmed that you moved in, we send them our bill. Normally, it takes about 4 to 12 weeks for us to receive payment. When we have been paid we send you your Rebate check to your new address within 24 hours of receiving payment.

You must contact us after you move in. The Apartment Communities do not inform us that you have leased and this is the only way that we will know to start the Rebate process.
